Arugula, Peach, Grapefruit, and Avocado Salad

This was tonight’s supper. It’s fun to try new recipes. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t.

I loved it. Richard hated it. He said it tasted like he was eating out of the green compost bin. Isn’t that quite the picturesque description. Different strokes for different folks. At least he was honest. My feelings weren’t hurt.

I submitted sliced almonds for the tree nuts as I didn’t have any and I omitted the chili flakes.

Other than that we did our normal gym and yoga this morning and this afternoon I practiced while Richard watched his soccer game online.
